Wences Cleto , age 37, of West Chicago, passed away suddenly on May 25, 2020. He was born in January 8, 1983 in Elmhurst, IL to Gumercindo Cleto and Isabel Hernandez.

Wences is survived by his mother, Isabel Hernandez; brothers, Marco, Jose and Robert; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, relatives, and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Ray Zambrano.

Due to the current situation all services will be held privately, and burial will take place at Calvary Cemetery in West Chicago.
