Sully Quintana

Sully Quintana , age 44, passed away on Thursday, September 28, 2017. She was born in Guatemala on January 2, 1973 to Mardoqueo and Manuela Galdamez. Sully was united in marriage on January 5, 1991 to Jorge Quintana. She worked for many years at Central DuPage Hospital in the Medical Records Department. She enjoyed making jewelry; traveling and she loved her family dearly.

Sully is survived by her husband, Jorge Quintana of 26 years; sons, Pablo and Christopher Quintana; 5 siblings; and many relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by his father; and 1 brother.

Visitation will take place on Sunday, October 1, 2017 from 3:00 p.m. until time of Funeral Service at 7:00 p.m. Iglesia de Nueva Esperanza/Faith Community Church , 910 Main Street., West Chicago, IL. Services will conclude at Church after the Funeral Service. Contributions in Sully’s memory would be greatly appreciated.

Sully Quintana , de 44 anos de edad, falleció el día Jueves, 28 de Septiembre 2017. Ella nació en  Guatemala el 2 de Enero de 1973. Hija de Mardoqueo and Manuela Galdámez. Sully se unió en matrimonio el 5 de Enero de 1991 con Jorge Quintana. Trabajo por muchos años en el hospital Central DuPage Hospital en el Departamento de Registros Médicos.  Su pasa tiempo preferido era confeccionar joyas, viajar y amaba a su familia profundamente.

A Sully le sobrevive su esposo Jorge Quintana con quien estuvo casada por 26 anos; sus hijos, Pablo y Christopher Quintana; 5 hermanos.

A la presencia del señor se le adelantaron su papa; y 1 hermano.

Sully será despedida el día Domingo 1ero de Octubre, 2017 a partir de las 3:00 p.m. Las honras fúnebres se iniciaran a las 7:00 p.m. Iglesia de Nueva Esperanza/Faith Community Church , 910 Main Street., West Chicago, IL. El servicio será concluido en la Iglesia después de las honras funerarias. Contribuciones en la memoria de Sully sera inmensamente agradecidas.
