A Celebration of Life for
Steven E. Czajka , 61, will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2014 from 10 am until time of service at 12 noon at Norris-Walen-Segert Funeral Home , 132 Fremont St., West Chicago. Born January 2, 1953 in Chicago, the son of the late Theresa (nee Luzadder) and the late Edward Czajka, he passed away peacefully on Monday, May 12, 2014. Steve grew up in West Chicago and most recently lived in Montgomery, IL. He enjoyed life, motorcycles, his friends, and his family. Steve is survived by his siblings, Catherine (George) Dobrowski of Texas, Tom Czajka of St. Charles, Marguerite ”Peggy” Czajka of Warrenville and Mike (Kim) Czajka of Murphysboro; nieces Dana (Kiva) Patten, Beth (Shawn) Boedecker, Michelle Dobrowski, Krystin (Anthony) Lazarz, Ashley Czajka; nephew Tom Czajka; and step-daughters, Jennifer (Steve) Hawkins of Colorado and Brenda Precup; dear friends, Jason & Geri Priegel.
