Serafin Perez, age 76, passed away Wednesday, January 30, 2013. Visitation Wednesday, February 6, 2013 from 5 to 9 pm at Norris-Walen-Segert Funeral Home, 132 Fremont St., West Chicago. Funeral Mass at St. Mary's Church in West Chicago on Thursday, February 7, 2013 at 10 am. Burial in Calvary Cemetery in West Chicago.
