Roger Cook

Roger L. Cook , died Saturday, December 5th, 2020 at Central DuPage Hospital. He was 79. Roger was born on January 28, 1941 to Fred and Mathilda (nee Paulson) Cook. He graduated from Wheaton Central High in 1959 where he was a member of the basketball and track teams. He served a short stint in the Army National Guard and attended Stout State College. He owned and operated his own business for the last fifty years. He loved playing his guitar, golfing, fishing, and long talks with his customer-friends.

He is survived by his wife Josephine; sons Brad (Emily), Doug (June), Todd, Matthew (Jenny); stepchildren Shelly (Jeff), Pam, Greg (Michelle), Wendy (Charlie); five grandchildren; nine step-grandchildren; brother Bob (the late Joy); and nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 from 12:00 p.m. until time of funeral service at 2:00 p.m. at Norris-Segert Funeral Home & Cremation Services , 132 Fremont St. (one block north of Washington St. and Main), West Chicago. Interment will follow at Glen Oak Cemetery in West Chicago.
