It is with extreme sadness, Nicolette Ann Bergman, age 49, passed away suddenly in a car accident on September 29, 2022.
Nicolette is survived by her 6 year old son, and love of her life Luca Accardo; parents, Gail Mundo, Michael & Nancy Schuetz and John & Debbie Bergman; Sisters Andrea (Eric) Baumann and Kimberly (Joe) Clark; nephews, Andrew and Jaxon; nieces, Addison, Elyse and Eleanor; and many relatives and friends.
Nicolette was a fierce woman who battled MS. She was a lover of family gatherings, her friends and all things dolphin. Nicolette possessed a huge heart and a kind soul.
She was preceded in death by her partner Anthony Accardo
A memorial mass will be held on Saturday, October 8, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Matthew’s Church, 1001 E. Schaumburg Road, Schaumburg IL 60194. Family and friends can begin gathering at 9:30 a.m.
