Michael Louis Hammer , age 67, passed away on June 16, 2018. Beloved husband of Kathryn Feurich and his late former wife Rosemarie; Loving father of Michael Hammer, Kristin Hammer and Scott (Gretchen) Hammer; Loving grandfather of Cole, Nicholas, Michael and William; Brother of Lawrence, Lloyd, Steve, Deborah, Mary and the late Dianna; he was much loved by his uncles, especially Uncle Bob and Aunt Jan, and survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorial Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 20, 2018 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Norris-Segert Funeral Home & Cremation Services , 132 Fremont St. (1 block north of Washington & Main St.) West Chicago.
