Margaret Mott

Margaret B. Mott, age 83, of Batavia, passed away on Friday, November 4, 2011. She was born on August 30, 1928 in Scott City, Kansas to Thomas and Gladys Bishop. Margaret was united in marriage on December 21, 1950 to Wendell Mott. She was a long time member of West Chicago Church of Christ. Margaret always loved being with her family.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Wendell Mott of Batavia; four daughters, Terrie (Joe) Kirts of Batavia, Bev (John) Day of West Chicago, Rita (Gary) Rhodes of Batesville, AR and Marianne (Paul) Stirrup of Katy, TX; eleven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and one sister, Martha Lee (Roy) McNaught of Parrish, FL.
She is preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and 2 grandsons.
A celebration of Margaret's life will be held on Sunday, November 6, 2011 at West Chicago Church of Christ, 350 E. James, West Chicago where a 4:00 pm service will be held.
