Luis Perez Hernandez , age 84, passed away on March 12, 2019. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 15, 2019 from 3 to 8 p.m. at Norris-Segert Funeral Home & Cremation Services , 132 Fremont Street (One block north of Washington St. & Main St.) Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at St. Mary's Church , 164 N. Oakwood Ave., West Chicago at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in West Chicago, IL.
