James H. Tworek

James H. Tworek, age 78, of West Chicago, Illinois, passed away on Saturday, August 9, 2025. He was born in Chicago, Illinois, on December 24, 1946.

James married Angela in 1969. Together, they built a beautiful life, becoming parents in 1972 and welcoming their first grandchild in 2006.

A proud veteran of the United States Army, James went on to become a talented and accomplished architect, pouring creativity and dedication into his work. Outside of his profession, he had a true passion for adventure. An avid BMW motorcycle rider, he traveled across the country, taking in the beauty of the open road.

At home, James found joy in the quiet companionship of his beloved cat, Benny.

We take comfort in believing he is now at peace in Heaven, reunited with his wife Angela and their son Andrew.

James is lovingly remembered by his son David; his daughter Debra; and his cherished grandchildren Elizabeth, Henry, James, and Rose. He was preceded in death by his wife Angela; son Andrew; parents Henry and Florence; and twin sister Margaret-Anne Sisson.
