Georgeanna 'Cookie' Horn

Georgeanna “Cookie” Horn (Harbelis) , age 87, of Geneva, passed away on August 4, 2020. She was born in Geneva, IL on June 21, 1933 to Parry and Lena Harbelis. She graduated from West Chicago Community High School in 1951 and was a cheerleader during her high school years. Cookie was united in marriage to the late Charles Horn. She worked for many years at West Chicago State Bank as a personal banker.

Cookie is survived by her son, Parry Horn and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends that loved her very much.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles; sisters, Catherine (Dick) Truitt and Joan (late Donald) Bahnfleth.

Graveside services will be held with her immediate family at Glen Oak Cemetery in West Chicago.
