Donald Warning

Donald Thomas Warning , age 77, of Aurora, passed away on Thursday, June 25, 2015. He was born on September 24, 1937 in Antigo, WI to Arnold and Dorothy Warning. Tom graduated from West Chicago Community High School in 1955 and was a US Navy Veteran. He was united in marriage to Nancy Anne Saeck. Tom worked for 32 years with the railroad which included 18 years with the Chicago Northwestern. He was a member of Amity Lodge #472 AF & AM of West Chicago, Fox Valley Chapter Batavia O.E.S. Lodge #265 and 33rd degree Scottish Rite. He enjoyed reading fiction, watching Nascar, watching football and was a Green Bay Packer fan.
Tom is survived by his wife, of almost 60 years, Nancy; children, Sandra (Barry) Turnquist and Tim Warning; grandchildren, Leslie Anne Castillo-Warning, Mary Catherine (Joshua) Lundquist and Brian James Turnquist; great-grandchildren, Ethan and Adelaide; brother, Charles “Butch” (Judy) Warning; and nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorial visitation will take place on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Norris-Walen-Segert Funeral Home, 132 Fremont St. (one block north of Washington St. and Main) West Chicago. Services will begin at 7 p.m. For Info 630-231-0060 or www.norriswalensegertfh.com
