Craig Bloomfield

Craig E. Bloomfield , age 58, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, November 30, 2019. He was born on July 26, 1961 in Aurora, IL to A. Lyle and Phyllis Bloomfield. Craig received his bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University. He was a writer for JLL and most recently a freelance writer.

Craig is survived by his sisters, Anita (Frank) Baker and Diane Bloomfield; brother, Dale (late Sharron) Bloomfield; nephews, John (Kate) Baker and Alan Bloomfield; great-niece, Bridget and great-nephew, Joe; former wife, Jennifer Bloomfield; aunt, Betty Bryant and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 6, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Norris-Segert Funeral Home & Cremation Services (one block north of Washington St. and Main), 132 Fremont St., West Chicago. Visitation resumes Saturday, December 7, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with services at 11:00 a.m. Cremation will be private.
