Cesar Gomez

Cesar O. Gomez , age 43, of West Chicago, passed away on Thursday, December 29, 2016. He was born on April 29, 1973 in Hidalgo, TX to Cecilia and Enrique Gomez. Cesar was a graduate of West Chicago Community High School. He was a manager for many years at Jewel/Osco in West Chicago.

Cesar is survived by his father, Enrique Gomez; brothers; Raul, David, Gerardo, Jesus and Rene; sisters; Silvia (David) Castillo and Nora Gomez; nieces and nephews; David, Cassie, Jade, Yesenia, Neenah, Austin and Gabriel; 3 grandnieces; and other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Cecilia; brother, Fernando and sister Azucena.

Visitation will be held on Monday, January 2, 2017 from 2 to 8 pm at Norris- Segert Funeral Home & Cremation Services , 132 Fremont St. (one block north of Washington St. and Main) West Chicago. Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at St. Mary’s Church , 164 N.
