Bertha M. Rincones

Bertha M. Rincones, age 80, passed away peacefully on February 5, 2026 surrounded by love. 

She was born on February 19th, 1945 in Monterrey, Mexico to Mario Garcia and Maria Mares.

Known for kind heart and gentle spirit, Bertha made everyone feel welcomed and cared for. She truly lived for her children and grandchildren who were the center of her world. She gave love, time, and strength selflessly, leaving behind a legacy of faith, love, time, and devotion. Her example of trusting in God putting others first and loving deeply will continue to live on through all those she inspired.

She is survived by her children, Jamie, Sandra, Janie and Erika, her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her son Robert.

She will be deeply missed, but we take comfort knowing she is at peace with the lord. Her love will remain in our hearts forever.

Visitation will be held on Monday, February 9, 2026 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Norris-Segert Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 132 Fremont Street (One block north of Washington St. & Main St.) West Chicago. Funeral Service at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at 10:00 at Calvary Cemetery in West Chicago. Please meet at cemetery at 9:45 a.m.
